Q: How do I register my child for camp?

 

A: You can register your child online or call/text (916) 214-6105 / (916) 220-6174 

 

• They will provide camp registration forms and answer all camp related questions. Forms can also be found online, printed and given to Oksana, Vita, or uploaded online.

 

Q: What are the ages for Camp Discover?

 

A: Camp Discover is for Kids: 7-12 and Teens 13-15. 

 

Q: How does my child get to camp?

 

A: Registration and departure will began at 8:00 am on Tuesday, at

Ark of Salvation Church

(6920 Larchmont Dr. North Highlands CA)

 

• Parents are responsible for transporting their child to Leoni Meadows.

 

Q: How and when do I pick up my child from Camp?

 

A: Camp Discover ends on Saturday. Children can be picked up at 1:00pm.

 

Campers must be picked up between 12 -1pm from Leoni Meadows Campgrounds.

Q: I want to volunteer for camp, how do I sign up?

 

A: Email it to discoverkidscamp@gmail.com.

Q: How many children are in each cabin?

 

A: There are 8 children in each group that are accommodated by one adult group leader and one helper.

Q: My child has a medical condition and requires medication, can he/she attend this camp?

 

A: There will be one Registered Nurse on staff. Please make sure to speak to the nurse, prior to registration to make sure your child’s needs will be met.

Q: What should my child expect at the camp?  

 

A: Our camp consists of 5 days full of sports, swimming, Bible lessons, great food, hiking, outdoor activities, evening services, camp fires, and more....
